Ask for the outlet store, or come and collect it.

Bought here or in the store, you have 90 days to bring it back if it is faulty. Buying the same unit through our eBay store is a separate sale on eBay's terms, so read the listing before you buy there. Returns, refunds and privacy.

We have 2 of this exact machine, same specification. They are not one object listed 2 times. Each has its own reference and its own photograph, and each is a separate machine on the shelf. See all 2 →

Before you drive, say this on the phone.

Call (705) 327-8691 ext. 27 and ask: "Have you still got the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 13 inch Intel Laptop, the one at C$1,140?" Somebody will walk to the shelf and tell you.

We will not hold it for you. Somebody standing in the store can buy it while you are on the phone. That is how first come, first served works: nothing is yours until it is paid for.

Three things to ask us on the phone

Battery health and cycle count

We do not publish it per unit. Ask and we will read it off the machine.

What comes in the box

Ask, and we will tell you exactly what is with this one.

Cosmetic marks and asset tags

Ex-corporate machines are used machines. Ask and we will describe this one.

This drive was wiped before the machine reached the shelf.

Wiping is compliant with NIST 800-88 Rev 1 and US DoD 5220.22-M. Where a drive cannot be wiped, it is mechanically destroyed. Certificates of Wiping and Certificates of Destruction are issued to business clients.

This came out of EDI's own IT asset disposition stream, alongside the machines companies hand back to us under contract. It was inventoried and checked before it reached the shelf.
