Short version: if it is faulty you have 30 days, we post within Canada only, and your card details never reach us.

Returns

Bought on this website or over the counter in Orillia, you have 30 days from the day you bought it to bring it back if it does not work as described.

It covers faults. It does not cover changing your mind, and it does not cover something you were told about before you paid: every machine is sold as tested and the condition of each one is written on its own page. At the counter you can plug it in and use it before you pay.

Bought through our eBay store, that is a separate sale on eBay's terms and not covered here. Those listings give 30 days where they offer a return at all. Read the listing.

How to return something

Call (705) 327-8691 ext. 27 and tell us what it is and what is wrong with it. We will find your order. Then bring it to 35 Progress Drive, Orillia, Ontario L3V 0T7 during opening hours, or post it back to the same address. Send it with tracking, because until it reaches us it is still your parcel.

Bring everything that came with it, including the charger.

Refunds

A refund goes back to the same card you paid with. Nothing else is possible: we never hold your card details, so there is no other route back to you.

We refund once the machine is back with us and we have looked at it. Your bank then takes its own few days to show it.

Return postage is ours if the machine is faulty. It is yours if it is not.

Cancelling an order

If it has not gone yet, call (705) 327-8691 ext. 27 and say what you bought. We will cancel it and refund the lot, postage included. Orders normally leave here within two working days, so ring rather than write if you want to catch one.

Once it has gone it stops being a cancellation and becomes a return, above.

Delivery

We post within Canada only. Orders normally leave Orillia within two working days and travel tracked. The postage is shown at the checkout before you pay. It depends on what you are buying and on how far it has to travel, so somewhere closer to Orillia costs less than the other side of the country.

Or collect it in Orillia for 5% less than the posted price. Everything here sells from the counter and from our eBay store as well as from here, and we do not hold items, so ring before you set off.

Prices

Every price on this site is in Canadian dollars, and every price is before tax.

Privacy

Your card details never reach us. Payment is taken on Stripe's own pages. We are never sent the number, and there is nothing here for anybody to steal.

What we do keep, for an order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and what you bought and paid. We use it to get the parcel to you, to answer you if you call, and to honour the 30 days above.

We share it with the courier who carries your parcel, and with nobody else. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing.
