Counter hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Ring inside those hours and somebody at the counter picks up.
Ring before you drive.
We do not hold items and the first person at the counter takes it, so the most useful question on the phone is whether something is still on the shelf. This catalogue is rebuilt twice a day from our own live listings, so what you can see here we had this morning, but a call is the only way to be certain a particular machine is still there this afternoon.
